Batman Begins was the very well received and much needed revival of the Batman franchise. Absolutely nothing is known about the sequel except the its happening and stated for a 2008 release.
The Hulk was kind of a flop back in 03 and their probably not making a sequel but look at the big picture it did get Eric in more movies and thats always a plus.
