Before to starting his film career, Gerrett modeled of course which hottie doesn't these days, before he was discovered by an agent. He began his acting career after graduating from high school. His first film role was in 2003,as Frank in "The Original Donut Chronicles".In 2004, he played Patroclus, Achilles's cousin, in the movie Troy which I'm still miffed about cuz in reality he was suppose to be his lover. (now that would have been something to see Brad and Garrett together... But I digress) He also appeared in the film Friday Night Lights during that same year.
His big breakout role was in Four Brothers, as one of the four siblings. Also, he plays a major supporting role in film version of the book Eragon, out in December which I can't wait for since I read the books and hope they do a good job.
